Cold ultrasonic diffusers and essential oils: a health choice
Because essential oils must be diffused cold
Like all natural extracts, essential oils and their components are also sensitive to temperatures. In order to benefit from the healing properties of essential oils it is essential to resort to cold diffusion. We therefore advise against the use of candle diffusers, unless the goal is simply to perfume the room.
How do essential oils work if they are diffused?
Once diffused in the air, the molecules of essential oils mix with the air and reach our lungs, then, thanks to the alveolar exchange, our blood. Breathing essential oils is one of the best ways to consume them.
Are all essential oils good for you?
Each essential oil has specific properties, so it is useful to make a specific selection based on your needs. For example, lavender has antibacterial and relaxing properties, tea tree has antibacterial and antiviral activity, sweet orange is famous for a good mood, etc. As in all things, excess is always wrong, but spread in the right quantities (8- 15 drops a day), they are absolutely safe.
How are ultrasonic diffusers used?
Using them is very simple. Just open the lid and insert the right amount of water up to the mark together with the drops of the selected essential oils, then close and activate the diffusion. Some speakers are also programmable to broadcast for 1 hour, 2 hours, and so on. To prevent limescale from tap water from damaging the ultrasonic diffuser, bottled water should be used.
