Which courier do you ship with?

All orders are shipped with DHL. On specific request we can ship with Bartolini, but we strongly recommend DHL for both speed and service.

When will I receive my order?

All orders received before 15:00 are shipped the same day and received within the next business day. For residents in remote areas or islands, delivery usually takes 2 days. Orders sent after 15:00 on Friday to Sunday are all shipped on Monday.

Same-day delivery in Milan

In Milan we deliver within 4 hours of purchase. If we receive the order before 13:00, delivery takes place in the afternoon. During the Christmas period slowdowns are possible due to workload.

How to track a shipment

All our shipments are traceable with the link that is sent to you via email when the shipment is picked up by the courier. In case of doubt, call us on the phone or send us an email, we will reply as soon as possible.

What can I do if my order has not yet been shipped?

If you notice a delay of more than 24 hours, contact us. You can ask for more information, check the status of the order (it is possible that the courier is already in charge), or cancel the order and ask for compensation.

What is your return policy?

We accept the withdrawal up to 30 days from receipt of the order by you. Once our store has received the return, we will refund you using the same payment method you have chosen, or alternatively and at your choice, creating a coupon for the order value. All information is well defined in the terms of the service to be accepted to confirm the order. We answer by phone and email, and we manage shipments ourselves. We want satisfied customers, and we do everything to make this true, including a good management of returns.

Can I receive an invoice?

Yes, just fill in the appropriate fields during user registration and request the invoice in the notes. If a specific request is missing, we will issue a common receipt.
