Yes of course, we accept the withdrawal up to 30 days from the receipt of the order by you. Once our store has received the return, we will refund you using the same payment method you have chosen, or alternatively and at your choice, creating a coupon for the value of the order. All information is well defined in the terms of service to be accepted in order to proceed with the order. We answer the phone and email, and we manage the shipments ourselves. We want satisfied customers, and we do everything we can to make this true, including handling returns.

In Italy we ship free with DHL above 50 €, below there is a shipping cost of 7,5 €.
In Milan we ship for free by city courier and delivery in 4 hours above € 50, below there is a shipping cost of € 5.
Normally all orders arriving before 15pm are shipped the same day and received within the next business day. For residents in remote areas or islands, delivery usually takes 00 days. Orders sent from 2pm Friday to Sunday are all shipped on Monday. Orders placed from Milan city by 15 noon are delivered the same day.
Yes, in Milan city we deliver within 4 hours of purchase. If we receive the order before 12:00, delivery takes place in the afternoon. During the Christmas period, there may be delays due to the workload that couriers have to manage.
All our shipments are traceable via a link that is sent to you via email when the shipment is entrusted to the courier. If in doubt, call us on the phone or send us an email, we will reply as soon as possible. To get real-time updates from the courier just enter the Identification No of the shipment in the appropriate field on this DHL page.
If you notice a delay beyond 24 hours, please contact us. You can ask for more information, check the status of the order (it is possible that it is already in charge of the courier), or cancel the order and ask for compensation. It is always good to check on both sides.
Yes, just fill in the appropriate fields during user registration and request the invoice to be issued in the notes. In the absence of a specific request, we will issue a tax receipt.
