Thanks to our innovative extractive technique it contains high concentrations of active ingredients and is excipients free: without alcohol, added sugars, gluten, dyes or GMOs. Excellent adjuvant for:

Natural painkiller herbs

Devil’s claw roots (Harpagophytum procumbens)

Are known for their anti-inflammatory, analgesic and spasmolytic action. They are used in inflammatory pain treatment, especially for the symptomatic treatment of painful, acute and chronic joint manifestations.

Several studies attest its effectiveness as natural painkiller, confirming joint mobility improvement and local pain relief. Harpagoside inhibits arachidonic acid’s metabolism both through cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase, with a cortisone-like effect.

Turcmeric rhizome (Curcuma longa)

Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties have been demonstrated in recent years.
Curcumin has a marked anti-inflammatory action in both acute and chronic inflammation. It intervenes in arachidonic acid’s metabolism by inhibiting the production of inflammatory mediators such as leukotrienes and prostaglandins; they are effective in cases of chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and ulcerative rectocolitis. Turmeric increases biliary flow and protects hepatocytes from damages, thus reducing liver inflammatory diseases.

Meadowsweet aerial part (Filipendula ulmaria)

Used for rheumatic pain thanks to its anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and analgesic properties. Meadowsweet is used in the symptomatic treatment of painful joint manifestations, in headache and in case of toothache as an affective natural painkiller.

The presence of salicylic derivatives justifies its anti-inflammatory activity: they inhibit cyclo-oxygenase and inflammatory prostaglandins synthesis. Meadowsweet is also active as antipyretic and diaphoretic in case of flu.

Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale)

It is effective on car sickness and seasickness. Several clinical studies suggest its use to alleviate muscular discomfort caused by physical activity and to reduce arthritic pains, thanks to its powerful anti-inflammatory action. In Ayurvedic medicine it is used to treat migraines.

Blackcurrant gems (Ribes nigrum)

Have a marked anti-inflammatory action. Blackcurrant is ideal for all general and local phlogistic manifestations, especially for musculoskeletal, respiratory, digestive and urinary systems.
Recommended in case of arthrosis: reduces algic and inflammatory components. Stimulates the adrenal cortex (cortison-like action) and increases cortisol concentration in blood, without showing corticosteroids’ typical iatrogenic effects. Thanks to its antihistaminic action, Blackcurrant is widely used in all allergic syndromes, sun rashes, migraines, etc.

Eschsholzia aerial parts (Eschscholtzia californica)

Have analgesic and calming properties useful in case of migraines and pain syndromes especially on digestive tract. Eschscholzia is used for the symptomatic treatment of neurotonic states and minor sleep disorders; thanks to its sedative and spasmolytic properties, it contrasts anxiety states, decreases the time to fall asleep and improves the quality of sleep.

A healthy use of Painkillers

When we use pain-relieving products (both natural painkillers or drugs), it is necessary to remember that pain is a symptom, and that the painkiller acts only on the symptom, not on the cause:

  • Diet has a very marked influence on our body’s inflammatory condition. The use of dairy products, carbohydrates (bread, pasta, pizza, rice …), sweets, salt, dramatically increases inflammation. Everybody can reduce them for at least 10-15 days to feel the difference.
  • Our body’s intoxication promotes inflammatory diseases. In case of pain, we recommend the drainage of the excretory organs and a complete body purification, combined with a light and constant physical activity such as Tai Chi and gentle exercise.
  • When choosing painkillers, it is advisable to start from those characterized by a better tolerability, especially if we think to use them for a long time.
  • It is necessary to act on the cause more than on symptoms. It takes more time and more precautions, results come slowly, but it represents the only method to find a solution.
