How to use the products

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Rodiola Rosea: 60 drops in a bottle of water to drink throughout the day.
Tilia tomentosa: 60-120 drops per day together with Rodiola Rosea.
Relax: 40-60 drops per day together with Rodiola Rosea.
Sweet orange essential oil: diffused in the rooms and massaged in the hollow between index and thumb 3-4 times a day.

Panic attacks

Crataegus oxyacantha: 70 drops in a bottle of water to drink throughout the day.
Melissa mother tincture: 60-120 drops per day together with Crataegus.
Magnesium citrate: 1 tablet in the evening before bed.
Relax: 30 drops during a panic attack with little water.
True Lavender essential oil: massage on the temples during the attack. Put 3 drops in the palm of your hand and inhale deeply.

Post-traumatic stress disorder
